How Kecche Came to Life
Kecche was born from the lifelong bond of two childhood friends whose paths ran in parallel, close as two souls can be. They shared the milestones of life, traveling the world, laughing together, holding each other through tears, and growing side by side. Their shared love for art, fashion, and above all, their motherland became the seed of a vision. Kecche is the embodiment of their journey, a brand that carries the heartbeats of their memories and the soul of their heritage.
Kecche: a women’s fashion brand creating timeless, culturally inspired clothing with elegance, comfort, and purpose.

The Spirit of Kecche
We are a Canadian slow-fashion brand devoted to designing women’s clothing that celebrates individuality, culture, and beauty. Established in 2025, Kecche reflects the journey of its co-founders, who have called Canada home for more than twenty-five years. Rooted in Iranian heritage yet shaped in the spirit of Canada’s inclusivity and multiculturalism, Kecche seeks to share the beauty, art, and culture of Iran with a wider world.
At Kecche, every creation is a story; each piece reflects the resilience of women, the natural wonders of Iran, the vibrance of its art, and the beauty found in love, loss, and renewal. Founded and led entirely by women, Kecche offers an honest, nuanced portrait of Persian culture while celebrating the values of its Canadian home.
Guided by sustainable and ethical practices, Kecche is committed to quality that lasts. Every garment is produced in small batches, ensuring attention to detail and minimizing waste. Each design is the result of meticulous craftsmanship and artistic vision, brought to life by skilled tailors and enriched with hand-finished embroidery and details that honor traditional techniques while embracing contemporary design. Versatile and timeless, our pieces can be worn for a walk through the city, an afternoon tea, or a special gathering. Chic yet comfortable, they pair effortlessly with your favorite walking shoes, remain beautiful for years, and help reduce environmental impact through durability and mindful production.
Our Name: Kecche
Our name, Kecche, comes from the Persian word کچه , a resilient, ancient fabric similar to felt, made by compressing sheep’s wool through methods like heat, pressure, or needle felting. This traditional material has been part of life for centuries, used in rugs, clothing, ceremonial hats, and everyday items, dating back to ancient Persia and even earlier cultures. Kecche is not just a material; it’s a symbol of creativity, endurance, and artistry born from nature and transformed by skilled hands. Naming our brand after this storied textile honors that legacy, a fabric rooted in heritage, and reflects our own commitment to craftsmanship, culture, and authenticity.

Kecche’s Collections

A Journey Through Iran
Each Kecche collection is rooted in one of Iran’s breathtaking regions, weaving the land’s spirit into every design.
Inspired by Artists
Our work draws on the vision of artists who have captured the colors, patterns, and emotions of these places, translating their artistry into fashion.
Stories You Can Wear
From landscapes and traditions to the intimate moments of daily life, every piece carries the stories of its origin, inviting you to wear a fragment of its world.
Turkmen Sahra
KECCHE’S SPRING 2026 COLLECTION

The Land and Its Spirit
Turkmen Sahra is a vast stretch of northeastern Iran where the sky seems endless and the earth wears a living quilt of wildflowers and meadows. Here, the wind carries the scent of the steppe, horses roam freely as symbols of grace and freedom, and intricate geometric motifs are woven into daily life. Every pattern, every color is a reflection of the region’s history, a visual language that tells of identity, tradition, and resilience.
The Collection’s Artist: Aneh Tatari
This collection finds its heart in the work of Aneh Tatari, a Iranian artist whose creations honor the authenticity and soul of Turkmen Sahra. Tatari’s art is rich with the interplay of nature and culture: the calm strength of Turkmen women, the elegance of their traditional attire, the rhythm of rural life, and the landscape’s poetic beauty. His work does not merely depict the region, it breathes its spirit, offering a truthful and intimate portrayal that inspires every line and hue in this collection.

From Culture to Creation
Kecche transforms these cultural treasures into garments that marry heritage with modernity. The bold colors and intricate designs rooted in Turkmen motifs are reimagined in contemporary silhouettes that remain true to their origins. Each piece is crafted to be worn, cherished, and passed on; a bridge between the beauty of the past and the confidence of the present, carrying the soul of Turkmen Sahra wherever you go.
